Having intuitive navigation on a website is crucial to ensure customers can find what they're looking for. Ideally, a customer should not have to think extensively about where they should click next - moving from point A to point B should be as pain-free as possible.

Haagen-Dazs website is not easy to navigate, because it does not provide the conventional navigation menu for the desktop view. Only hamburger menu is available and requires many clicks to reach the desired page.
