Accuracy
It is the responsibility of website owners to verify the accuracy of information presented on the web. Incorrect information provided will cause customers to lose confidence in doing business with the companies.
It is also equally important that the site is properly updated and maintained. Out-of-date information, especially related to products and prices, is unacceptable to the customers. For example: Ya Kun at Tangs Orchard has been closed for many months as of 23 June 2018 and yet still it is shown under “What’s New”.
